迪内什·布胡朱，尼泊尔科学技术院（NAST）院士，自2018年起担任西北大学客座教授。他创办了Khwopa学院并担任校长，是尼泊尔气候变化知识管理中心创建的核心推动者。布胡朱教授开创了尼泊尔喜马拉雅山区景观尺度生态研究及林线研究的先河，长期致力于国家科学政策制定与气候变化教育推广工作，出版多部学术著作并发表百余篇论文，曾荣获尼泊尔国家科学英才奖（2000年）。

Prof. Dinesh BHUJU is an academician at the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST). He is a Visiting Professor at Northwest University, Xi’an since 2018. He did his PhD from Japan. He was founding principal of Khwopa College and a key figure in establishing the Nepal Climate Change Knowledge Management Centre. He pioneered ecological study at landscape level and tree-lines in Nepal Himalaya. Prof. Bhuju has contributed to national science policy and climate change education. He has published numerous articles and books. He gives science radio talk every week. He is a recipient of Nepal’s National Talent Award in Science (2000).
